You have two good ways to deal with the rightclick relic. You could
reinstall and let Programs and Features then clean it out (rightclick the
entry), or you can look at the registry entries for those filetypes
assigned. (.zip, and so on) The 'shellnew' entries can be deleted. Take a
look at this great site from Ramesh about that.
