Incorrect password

I just received my new laptop. I did the setup and entered a username
and password. The password was entered twice and accepted. I tried to
log in the first time and it says my password is invalid. My keyboard
is set up was US and I have tried all combinations of caps and no caps.
Will not let me log into my new computer. I can not enen get to the
start button. Help!

Hi,

Restart the system and hit F8 at startup to get the boot menu. Choose safe
mode and logon with the administrator account. Go to the control panel/users
and reset your user account password.
