Microsoft,
Please, I'm so tired of getting add requests on my messenger from spambots.

They're not real people, they're programs that send automated human-like
responses and ask you for your credit card. Also they have the abilty to
contact you even if you're invisible, which is a big flaw.

I get dozens everytime i sign in and I have to spend my time denying and
blocking each one of them. I'm an advanced engineer and I don't fall for
these tricks but so many do. There's a lot that you can do to prevent this:
A) you should replace the small add-contact popups with one long list where
all of, the username, the email address, and the user intro are clearly
visible, so we could select many requests at once and delete/block them with
one click.
B) you could easily prevent unusually high number of requests from the same
ip/computer
C) prevent unauthorized applications from accessing and using your messenger
networks.

Thanks for reading.

Hi Ian,

I most certainly agree with you. Also there seemed to be another another whole batch of bots
today trying to get people to chat, all originating from previously phished accounts where
people had not changed their password.

It's really a bad situation.
