Incredimail install issues with Vista

Has anyone had issues with Incredimail not loading after windows updates
on Vista?
I have been using Incredimail for 5 years and haven't had any issues
with it until I bought a new laptop with Vista Home Premium on it.
It worked immediately after I installed it without any issues at all,
then I finished downloading all the windows updates, which you know can
take some time. All of a sudden Incredimail wouldn't load and kept
giving me a, "The skin dialogbutton.bmp could not be loaded. Please
download the updated Incredimail Xe." Error message.
I have been going through Incredimail Support for a week now and have
received 5 emails from them with the problem not being resolved. We have
uninstalled the software as well as done registry checks, diagnostics on
vista maybe blocking it. Permission changes and still nothing. I wish
there was another program that I could use, keep in mind this isn't just
for email. Most people using Incredimail are Graphic art stationary
creators from the Yahoo group community. They use Incredimail because it
has letter creator, an intergrated program in Incredimail that helps you
put artist created stationary in the mail program. Any help is
appreciated!

Did you get in touch with Incredimail support. Incredimail is not a very healthy
program for any flavor of MS mail clients or as a matter for fact for any other mail
client

On the contraire, unlike Windows, Ubuntu doesn't do malware, viruses and
the like. Of course, you know this but it won't stop you from lying and
saying the opposite which makes you look pretty desperate and pathetic
to put it politely.

And, of course, you're lying again. WPA and WGA are spyware and the
former is required in Windows and the latter is shoved down the throats
of the unsuspecting through Auto Updates.

We know you're playing in the sandbox. Why don't you grow up and stop
your lying?

Now go defrag your C drive and stop posting nonsense.

I've never had a problem with it other than knowing that it's calling
home to the mother ship in Redmond. I also don't appreciated being
called a thief until I prove otherwise over and over again. I guess you
don't mind but, then again, you aren't known for having any principles.

Yes, you do and you lie through your teeth.

So far all the "truth" you've posted are LIES. Not very noble, sport.

When it was unprotected, they made BILLIONS and their CEO became the
richest man in the world. I don't think that the VERY SMALL amount of
piracy affected them one iota.

Lies. I've paid for ALL my software including one copy of Vista and
three copies of XP. When you accuse someone of something falsely, you
end up looking like a fool but that seems to be your forte.

Don't give up on it, I have it installed on both of my computers but
my other computer has Vista and it work great, I cant tell you how to
fix it, I did get that error as well a while back but it cleared up
the next time I run it.
You might try loading one of the skins to see if that works but
Incredimail is well worth fixing.

If you have purchased a licence then tech support will get back to you
fast but if you are using the free version, then you might have to
wait for them to get around to you when they have taken care of the
licence holder customers first.
