"Index Entry is Incorrect

I get the above message whenever I run CHKDSK /R. There are over 20
entries that read:

"Index entry xxxxxxxx.yyy in index $I30 of file 18703 is incorrect."

The file name is different for each entry but the :$I30" and the "18703"
remain the same in each entry. I have no problems with any specific app
- but I have no sound at all. CHKDSK doesn't seem to find any other
problems. I do have a printout of the filenames if they are important to
solving this problem.

I am using an HP Pavilion dv5t-1000 CTO Entertainment Notebook PC
P/N KQ574AV

Vista SP-2 Home Premium

The Updates are up to date.
