I've had this same problem for months now. It fails to start with some error
code that means nothing and a string saying path not found but never mentions
the path its looking for.
I found a few fixes on the net but none worked for me. Service still stopped
and still can't restart. My next step is to uninstall Virus scanner/Firewall
crap (I think it may have something to do with it) if that doesn't work I'm
doing a repair type reinstall.
