Indexing options disappeared!

I just noticed that I cannot start Indexing Options at all!

Normally I type "index" in search box in Start menu, now Indexing
Options not found. And it is not Control panel either. I even tried
command line "control.exe control /name Microsoft.IndexingOptions"
without luck

Any ideas?

Windows Vista Ultimate SP1

Update: I just created shortcut icon on Microsoft Virtual PC and moved
that icon to host. With that icon I can start Indexing options,
although it is only way to do so.

But if anyone anytime (I'm quite sure there is will not be answers in
the near future) know how to fix this completely, please share that
information
