I have a customer with a single node Citrix MetaFrame XP enterprise edition
v.3 farm running on a Windows 2000 server at SP4. This server has
intermittent lock ups. I have check the Dr.Watson log and there are 2
components that need to be updated. The termsrv.exe and the icaapi.dll. I
suggested that he install Update rollup 1 for SP4. He does not want to
install this due to problems it causes with Citrix Metaframe XP. What would
Microsoft's suggestions be for this issue.
