Information bar that comes with SP2

I recently installed SP2 for XP. I have used iWon.com as my home page for
some time, but I can no longer spin the prizemachine. Everytime I click on
it, I get a message telling me to click on the yellow information bar and
install aciveX. I am not seeing the yellow bar. Can someone help me?

Have you found a solution yet? I have the same problem.

Susan,
I have not solved the problem yet. I waited a few days with several attemps
to fix the problem, but eventually un-installed the service pack. Now I get
the "Download SP2" prompt every time I log on. Thanks to Mr. Gates.......
