information rights management service

i use the "information rights management service" to lock a file with a bunch
of stuff on it i want to keep private. as of 2 days ago i cannot access it.
it keeps saying i do not have permission with this file. even though i am
logged in.

help. i need to get access to the files. how can i solve this.....
