Hi All,

I am about to embark on a new job which involves support of Vista and Server
2003 components, which are mainly located in EMEA and some Global.

What I would like to know is what literature and tools are available to
diagnose problems with either system?

If anyone could offer any Tips or other iformation I would be very greatly
appreciated.

Kind Regards.

If you have to ask in a news group then maybe supporting Vista in an AD environment is NOT
what you should be doing.
