Initialize Offline in Vista?

Is there a way to initialize the offline file cache and database in Vista,
the way there is in XP? Ctrl+Shift -> Delete files does it in XP, but
appears not to in Vista. I'm looking for the recommended way, as opposed to
just using Explorer to delete everything and hoping for the best. Thanks!

If you only want to sync the contents of a specific folder, open the folder
that contains the files that you want to sync, and then, on the toolbar,
click Sync. To sync an individual file, right-click the file, and then click
Sync.

Thanks. I think I worded my question poorly - what I need is the Vista
version of this:

How to re-initialize the offline files cache and database
