Inporting Contacts

How do you inport contacts into Live Mail?
I was able to do it with Outlook Express.

What is the source of your contacts? If an OE .wab file:
In Windows Live Mail open Contacts. Press the Alt key to get the
menu bar, then click File, Import, Windows Address Book.
