Inquiry: Where to post

Have already posted through OE the 'old fashioned way' (not sure how it went
through), and my post was delivered into the "Performance & Maintenance"
group. It's concerning an issue my laptop is having with a looping blue
screen error; is it posted to the correct folder, or should I move it here?

Thank you for your time, just wanted to make sure I am in the right location
for the proper assistance.

Just post it here, if it's in the wrong group there will be no shortage of
people yelling at you. Then you'll know.
