Instalation Failure Error Code 0x643

Can anyone tell me what that code means and how I fix the problem. Any help
would be appreciated. Thanks

Please try the following:

Check the My_Computer_Zone has FullTrust permissions enabled:

1. Click Start
2. Click Control Panel
3. Double-click Administrative Tools
4. Click to select the latest version of the Microsoft .NET Framework
Configuration tool.
5. Drill-down to Runtime Security Policy
6. Then Machine
7. Then Code Groups
8. Then Machine
9. Code Groups
10. All_Code
11. Then Right-click on My_Computer_Zone.
12. Click the Permission Set tab
13. Verify and/or change permission set to FullTrust.
14. Reboot the machine
15. Try the installation once more and see if this works for you.

I have been getting the same error number, but the situation is a bit
different. I have had Framework version 1.1 installed for some time,
and recently installed version 2.0. However, Update keeps coming up
with a security patch for version 1.0. If you let it try and update,
it comes up with that error message. I have just been ignoring the
suggested update, as it is for an obsolete version of the software.
Unless the update really makes sense, is there a way to tell the
update process, permanently, to ignore this? I check the box about
never suggesting this again, but somehow it always comes back.
