How to install a failed update

I just looked at my history because my current update failed. It says to
re-installl the update, but I cannot find a way to do that. Please help.

What update?

Does the update show as installed in Add/Remove Programs?

I am running Windows XP
I removed the Windows Media Edition Rollup 2 and the next time I went to
Windows Update it let me install that and 913800 & 919803.
The rollup (900325) shows both as failed and successful.
How do I get rid of the failed line?
917283 shows a failure twice.
905404 shows one failure.
I see neither of those in add/remove programs.

Do al of the updates (900325, 913800 & 919803) show as installed in
Add/Remove Programs?

You cannot edit or change Update History at
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com. (The important history is found in your
%windir%\windowsupdate.log!)
