Install Failure .NET Framework 1.1 SP1

I am having the same problem as many others. I have Windows XP Home Edition.
The Error Code I am getting is 0x643. I like to keep everything up to date
and this is the first time I have had a problem. Please someone find the
answer or at least let me know how to get rid of this uninstalled update if
it is not needed.
