I have to ask.....can't figure it out on my own. My update is hanging at 0%.
When I try to install manually, a download window appears, but nothing
happens. My update button on my tool bar comes on as soon as I am online,
but it doesn't move off of 0% and I can remove the button. The error code is
80200010. I have reg. the .dll files as suggested. Checked for spyware. I
think I adjusted my security settings?? (I'm learning). I don't know what
else to do and I can't find anywhere what the error code means.

Thanks

Hi,

I had basically the same problem...except that I don't have the error code
and when I'm trying to register the dll files as suggested I don't find them
on my computer !
Can you help me ?

Do not skip step 4 if nothing else works.
