How to install IIS?

When I try to install IIS (using Turn Windows features on or off) I got
several errors in Windows System Log like this:
Windows Servicing failed to complete the process of setting package XXX into
Installed(Installed) state
where XXX is the package name for example Windows Foundation (Foundation)
etc.

System is new (~2 weeks) but i couldn't install IIS.
