How to install language pack update for SP1

I downloaded a setup file for language pack update for SP1 from a link
posted somewhere at this newsgroup. The file name is:

ja_windows_vista_with_service_pack_1_global_langua ge_pack_2_x86_dvd_x14-54831.iso

I burned a CD from this iso and reviewed the contents but could not find
setup.exe in it. How can I install this update?
