How to install live messenger 9.0 on VistaSP1

Hi all
I can't install live messenger 9.0 on vista sp1, include live mail,writer.
The error code is 0x8007065.
How to fix it?

Greetings,

I assume you mean the latest versions (which technically is Messenger 14.0 or 2009). I guess
the easiest thing to do is to simply install the products (and their necessary components)
manually.

You can do so by downloading and running each MSI listed here for what you want to install:
http://messengergeek.spaces.live.com...DA1!1271.entry

If anything errors out, you should get a message immediately telling you why.

My setup packet is wlsetup-web.exe whick downloaded from msn.com.
Is V2009: 14.0.8050.1202 the last versions? And is it a release version or
beta?
