Install problems KB928365 and KB928366

KB928366 (Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.1 Service
Pack 1 ) keeps re-installing at every re-boot. KB928365 (Security Update for
Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 2.0) won't install.

XP Pro w/ SP2. Hav e same problem w/ three different computers.

Need help. Version 1.1 sasys it installs(per MS update site history, but
does not show on add/delete program.

I am having the same problem. Have you come up with any solution for it?
Mine keeps telling me there's an update to install and then it says it wasn't
installed, but it won't go away.

Start a free Windows Update support incident request:

If they (presumably you mean MS) have come up with a solution, I'm sure
they'll let you know as soon as possible.

Otherwise you may have to do some research of your own and if you come up
with a solution, perhaps post your solution here or the response you get from
MS so that it may benefit others who are having the same problems.

Please remember, there are only volunteers here ........................

Same for me ... Tried installing the SP after this failure manually,
but it still asks for a reboot.
