How to install Service Packs to windows 2000 without internet conn

I have a Windows 2000 Professional PC that I don't connect to the internet
with. We have a second machine (XP) with which we connect.

How can I download the service packs (i think i need SP4) to an XP machine,
so that I can then put on CD and apply on this unconnected machine.

I need to apply service packs, because VB.net requires an upgraded version
before loading.

You can download them from the Catalog and save to be installed later.
