Install on Win2k Server?

Cannot ActiveSync be installed on Win2k Server? Whenever I attempt to
install from the CD, I get a blank blue form. It looks like its going to be
a valid install window, but no text appears. I've tried this over and over
again. ????

I don't think MS supports ActiveSync installation on a server. See
compatibility list below:
