How to install Windows Updates During the installation

Is there a way to install all the latest windows critical updates when you
install the windows? So you dont have to download after the installation?--

Integrate them into your install media...
(manually with the /integrate command line or "automagically" with third
party utilities...)
Install them at the T-13 time of the install...
Install them during the post-installation with scripts...
Create a universal (in general) image and apply that instead of installing
everything each time...
