Install Wlinstaller.exe via proxy

Hi all

im french and i tried install new wlm through a proxy unsuccessfully.
i know the intaller try use in is process winhttp.dll and i think it
couldn't use my internet explorer setting.
i try many config (proxy.pac or fixed proxy address).
i tried socks proxy too

if somebody have a good idea i will be happy.

Great, but unfortunately it doesn't work with automatic configuration
scripts (.pac files). proxycfg just read manualy configured proxies.
