Installation Error Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explore

in Windows Vista (KB931768).

This update does not apply and I get the error code 800736CC. I have tried
multiple times and always get the same result. Can someone please help me?

Search the install logs that update creates for that code or the decimal
equivalent of the lower half, e.g. 14028
