Hi, innerchildbeaming.

You did do WHAT? Whenever anybody says this, we are skeptical because we
have heard it so many times before - and it usually is not accurate. Please
tell us, in your own words, step by step, what YOU DID, not what you might
have read in Peter's post. If you tell us the exact steps YOU took, we may
be able to spot where you stepped off the path.
> and was still unsuccessful.
This doesn't tell us anything useful, either. HOW was it unsuccessful? Was
there an error message? At what point? What did the error message say -
VERBATIM? No paraphrasing, please! If possible, take a screenshot and post
the whole message.
Sorry to be so strident, but you've been trying for 2 days now to fix
something that isn't broken for most users. We need to find the needle in
your haystack that is different from everybody else's needle. And we can't
find that needle with statements like "tried it" and "didn't work". We
can't help you unless you tell us WHAT you did and WHAT results you saw.
Nobody pays us to do this, you know. We do it because we want to help. But
you have to do your part, too.
