Installation errors

So far my system has installed updates:
-KB954430 45 times and
-KB955706 37 times

troughly well installed I say...

How I can get rid off from these updates?
This starts to bother a little bit.

KB954430 - have you looked at known issues and where to get help for this
update?

KB955706 keeps giving me an error OxD59. Tried to install over 34 times !!!
