Installation Failed Error Code: 0x8007F0DA

I have been having java script errors since mid July. I reviewed my update
history and noticed that all of the updates successfully installed with the
exception of:

Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer for Windows XP Service Pack
2 (KB890923)

Should I uninstall that update and any installed since?

I am using XP Professional.
