Is your Office 2003 Media Available?
Put it in the drive, close any 'automatic' stuff that opens.

Download the full file download of Office 2003 SP2 from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...ng=en#filelist

Office2003SP2-KB887616-FullFile-ENU.exe of 101.8 MB...

Install it by double-clicking on the executable.

My main concern is on Windows Live One Care.It suggests critical down load
updates then one goes to Microsoft Update site, not goes extactly, the page
dierects to.It scans and recommends critical update and recommends express
instal. In this particular case Office Service pack 2 has been recommened for
express install as it is downloaded already.Even now it tells tnstallation
not successful.I can very well down load the same other way.I am just
concentrating on Windows Live One Care.It has a billion, billion market if
proper solutions are integrated into the system.Suggest me how from Live one
Care Microsoft download(it says you must down load critical updates and leads
to that page)If it works properly, then people will forget Vendors to call for
help which quite often,I have my practical experience in office while dealing
with more than 55 PC under control and how Gold certified partners take a
lackadaisical approach. They are keen when they sell. But afterwards,it is your
headache.
