Installation failed WINXP

I am running Window XP home editition and trying to install Windows security
update KB14388 and Windows update KB900485. Every time the automatic update
trys to install these I get installation failed, error 0x80070003. Any help
or ideas to correct this so I can get updated?

Engel, I went to the recommended website, followed the instructions and it
worked perfectly, thank you so much! This was driving me nuts.

ok I tried this and I get an error that says "Windows cannot find 'cd' make
sure it is typed correct...
