No, but I did have that problem before. The steps I followed are 1)I went to
my computer manufacturer's website (HP) and downloaded some updates that I
needed before getting SP2. Then I had the problem that when I tried to get
updates from Microsoft, I could get to the updates page, but then my computer
would do nothing. I found a post here that gave instructions which worked.
If I can find that post (I haven't figured out how to effectively navigate
this site yet), I'll try to give the link here.
