Installation Failure: Security Update for Windows 2000 (KB822343)

Receiving an error when SUS attempts to install Security Update for Windows
2000 (KB822343) . Even though it appears that the update is not needed, it
continues to download and attempt an installation on a daily basis. The
event log reports below

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update.
- Security Update for Windows 2000 (KB822343)

Also when attempting a manual installation, receive the error "This update
can only be applied to Windwos Media Services 4.1. If you have Media
Services Installed but still see this message, your version already includes
this update"

Based on the error above, why is SUS continuing to download and schedule an
installation each day?

Anyone seen this and if so what did you do to fix? Thanks in advance
