What language is the initial sentence?

I assumed it was not english until I saw the 'plz help' at the end --> which
made me think "someone is texting in the wrong environment" - but then the
rest isn't becoming clear when thinking like a 'texter' either. ;-)

It looks like Greek to me, displayed here with an English character set,
with 3 English words, "update", "fail", "help", and the slang word "plz".

W is Omega. Y is probably Psi. I'm guessing "8" is Theta. (pros-patho?)

I think the OP (Original Poster) is basically saying, Cannot install
update, failed with error codes...
