Installation Faliure Error Code: 0x80072F78

OS: Windows XP Pro Sp2

When running Windows updates, all updates download and install just fine,
save one.

Security Update for Windwos XP (KB893756)

This particulare update fails to download/install ending up with the
'Installation Faliure Error Code: 0x80072F78. Any ideas would be appreciated.

When searching for available updates on the Update site, you see the 0x80072F8F error
while looking for available updates

Register Softpub.dll
Click Start. Choose Run.
In the Run box, type regsvr32 SOFTPUB.dll.
Click OK.

Check your date and time settings
Click Start. Click Settings. Click Control Panel.
Double-click the Date/Time icon.
Set the date and time to the correct values if necessary
