I finally took the plunge today and decided to install sp2. unfortunately,
like some other posters, the installation seems to have gotten hung up on the
"performing cleanup stage". Is it safe to reboot my computer? If not, what
should I do?
When you answer, take pity on a non-professional and speak plainly please.
Thanks,
Seagull
