Installation over existing beat

Can I install a release version of Windows Vista Business over a beta version
Windows Vista Ultimate RC1 Evaluation copy. build 5600

No,

The beta installs are of Ultimate, any other version is a downgrade and is
not allowable. The beta/RC builds can only be upgraded with a "Full" version
of Ultimate (they do not qualify an "Upgrade" version, you'd have to revert
to XP/2000 for that).
