Installation Route 66?

Hi,
I installed an older program Route 66 which works perfectly on my ME
machine.

The installation was succesfull but when trying to run it i got the message
OUT OF MEMORY because a fil poi.dat ws not found although it is there.

What can be the reason?
When i buy a new one can i be sure it will ok?

Probably not. Sounds like the program cannot be run on Vista. You can try
right clicking on it and choosing Properties, Compatibility tab and run it as
if you had ME, but I doubt it. Older programs want to change system settings
and Vista will never allow that. Check for a Vista compatible version at the
programs support site.

Hi,
Good to know about the compability test (i didn't know it).
I tryed a few combination without any success...so i will have to by a
compatible versie.
