Installation of WDK 6001.18002 halts

Hi all,
When I try to install WDK 6001.18002, the installation halts saying
that KitCatalg and Eula need to be removed.
It says that clicking OK button will execute the actions and update
the system configuration.
But clicking OK and retrying installation laters produces the exactly
the same result.

Could anybody tell me what is going wrong here?
How can I get it installed?

Hi Shaji,

You are one (or more) step (s) before me. How can you get WDK? I am
looking for a link to download but I couldn't find any link. There are
ton's of documentation but I couldn't find one simple link to
download. I talked several Microsoft Guys through chat. They couldn't
help me either. Am I missing something?
