Installed but can't access Messenger

OK, I made a mistake, i deleted the messenger folders rather than
uninstalling it. I download it (vista) and try to instal and the live
programme tells me I already have it installed but i can't access it when i
run the wlsetup-custom application. Any ideas what i can do, it works ok on
web-mail and also through meebo but i can't find or open messenger anywhere
on my laptop, helo......

Try using my ZapMessenger application to remove the references to Messenger, then you should
be able to install how you see fit:
