installed but doesnt run!

hey, i have down loaded love messenger twice now and both times it wouldnt
run, i keep getting 'the application failed to start because WINHTTP.dll was
not found.....' i have even downloaded this file, but in vain, any help is
appreciated!!

Windows version? When did you last download "love messenger"? <w>
