Installed but nit installed

Auto Update and Manual Update keep installing the same update KB954430.
History shows it has been successfully installed at least 10 times, yet every
time I shut down the machine, it says there is a new update to be installed.
I notice that Manual Update says a 0 byte file is to be downloaded.
