Installed Panda Hotfix, now its firewall says "error"

OK. I had a problem with Windows Updates not downloading with my Panda
Antivirus Platnium 2005, so I installed the Panda hotfix. All the necessary
updates were then successfully downloaded, but now my Panda firewall says it
has an "error". When I turn on the Windows firewall, Panda gets upset and
says I have two firewalls on! So, I guess the Panda firewall is working
fine, but I keep getting Panda popups that say I have an error. Panda folks
are not responding. What should I do?

Uninstall/reinstall Panda
Contact Panda support again.
