Installed an update and now my bluetooth device isn't found

I checked my update history and saw I recently installed an update, iAnywhere
- Other hardware - IOGear Bluetooth USB Adapter. Since it was installed, my
system has been saying bluetooth not found again. What's the main problem and
how can I resolve it. Please someone let me know what to do.

Device Manager and Network Connections may be blank after you install
Windows XP Service Pack 3
