installed update showing up again

after installing japanese language pack on Vista update, old installed update
has been showing up on window update.

Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 2.0 (KB929916)
Security Update for Windows Vista (KB938123)
Update for Windows vista (KB931836)
Update for Windows vista (KB933360)
Update for Windows vista (KB933928)
Update for Windows vista (KB941651)
Hold Em Poker Game
Windows DreamScene

also it installed Windows Update software 7.0.6000.381 w/o asking for
permission.
Not sure what is going on with update :/
