Installed Updates don't reveal whether "critical"?

I notice that when I go to Installed Updates and then to a particular KB article to review the substance of an update I made at some time in the past, there's nothing in that article that reveals whether that update had been designated "critical." Am I looking in the wrong place?

Bob,

If the update is deemed Critical than there will be a link at the
top of the KB article to the Security Bulletin .
EX: MS04-025: Cumulative security update for Internet Explorer
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=867801
Other updates/patches will also contain this link if it is security
related no matter how the update's rank of criticality is deemed.

Thanks, but what about Critical updates that are NOT security related? How, if at all, are they identified as Critical in the KB article?
