Installed Vista, IE 'has stopped working'

I installed Vista Home Premium last night. Almost immediately, I was unable
to use IE, or access Update. Windows Mail is working.
I've disabled all add-ons except those from Microsoft, per troubleshooting
instructions.

Does anyone have any experience with this, or suggestions?

Disable ALL add-ons and see if that helps.

What is the fault data for this crash according to the Problem Reports and
Solutions Center control panel:
