Installed Windows 2000 SP4, bogs down my internet connection

Hi,
When I install SP4 for Win. 2000 pro, it bogs my internet connection. I
have a 15 Mb/s Fiber connection. At SP2, it works fine. Any reason why SP4
bogs it down.

I had to uninstall, so that I Could post this question.

Any help/ideas?
