The exact same happened to me. I ran recover with some
success. I think most of my files are saved. I also
tried restore, but that did nothing else for me.
Problem now is I cannot reinstall MS Office and the MS
website will not check my computer for downloads. A lot
is still out of whack. Other error messages related to
network and unable to find certain files.
Good luck. I am looking for any info/insights.
